Thoughts

It might actually take a while to be okay... but it still depends on how long you want to dwell on the events/people/things/feelings that makes you feel not okay. One day, just wake up and think.. no, wake up and decide.. "I need to be okay. I'm gonna be okay."

Yeah. Probably easier said than done. But it's worth a try. :-)
